To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is as per weight of the product including packaging weight. Minimum considered weight os 500 grams. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total weight of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with the weight of each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region.
These days we are offering free shipping. This includes COD and prepaid orders.
Need Fast/Urgent Deliveries In India
If a customer needs fast and urgent deliveries within India then please contact us at +91-9920551346 or send us an email at email@example.com or can chat on messenger on the website. A fixed amount of Rs 100 will be charged for all fast and urgent deliveries. It will still take minimum 2 days to maximum 3-4 days depending upon your location and city.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. In case you find the damaged product after accepting the delivery then please do contact us on our customer care number and we will help you get either easy exchange or refund with no deductions. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9920551346 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Shipping of International Orders
All the orders which do not belong to India will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once they will be dispatched an email with tracking details will be sent to the customer.
The orders will be received in maximum 10 working days.
